  • Is parking included at 1100 Millecento?

1 Parking spot is included with all units. Studios and 1 Bedroom include one valet parking spot. 2 Bedrooms include one assigned parking spot. Additional valet parking can be purchased.

  • How long is the application process at 1100 Millecento?

The application process typically takes 5-10 business days.

  • What is the application process at 1100 Millecento?

There is a $100 application fee per resident (non-married).  Residents will fill out an online background check. There is an elevator fee of $250 (nonrefundable). Residents must reserve the service elevator prior to moving large furniture.

  • Are Pets allowed in 1100 Millecento?
1100 Millecento allows pets for both owners and tenants. However, the owner of each unit will decide if tenants will be allowed pets. Residents are allowed 2 Pets per unit. There are no weight restrictions. There is also a $300 pet fee due to the association before move in.

Owners for each unit may decide on an additional pet fee/deposit.

  • Which utilities are included in the 1100 Millecento condominium association dues?

Basic Cable, Internet, Water, and Trash is included. Residents must pay for electricity.

  • What are the rental restrictions for 1100 Millecento condo?

Maximum of three times per year. No lease can be less than thirty days. No short term rentals allowed.

  • Can I rent out the common areas?
